Here at JBD, we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service. Starting with your in-person consultation with one of our expert representatives, continuing through to the final fitting at the time of delivery, our top priority is always you; our client. Our goal is not to simply meet your needs and expectations, but to exceed them. Please look over our process to familiarize yourself with our dedication to you and the JBD Experience.
Interview – One of our representatives will review all of your information at the time of the scheduling of your appointment to ensure the process is smooth and efficient.
Confirmation – You will receive an email confirmation of the time and place that you have chosen for your appointment.
Initial Consultation – Your fitting will take approximately one hour. We will take your measurements and assist you in selecting the fabric for your garments to start building and maintaining your proper wardrobe. We ask that you wear your best fitting clothing (be it trousers, sport coat or suit) to your appointment. This enables us to most closely replicate the fit that you prefer.
Production – Your garments will arrive in approximately 5-6 weeks. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. If you need your clothing sooner, please inform your representative and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Fitting with Representative – As soon as your clothing arrives, we will contact you to schedule a fitting with your tailor.
Alterations -If any alterations are required at the time of your fitting, we will take care of them for you free of charge.
